Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at calculators.ph, its mobile applications, and all related calculators, content, and tools (collectively, “the Service”), operated by MalachiSoft Inc., a Philippine corporation (“MalachiSoft,” “we,” “our,” “us”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version takes effect once posted at this URL.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using a calculator on behalf of a minor (for example, to compute a student’s GPA), you confirm that you are their parent, guardian, or authorized representative.
3. Description of Service
CalculatorsPH provides web-based and app-based calculators related to Philippine taxes, government contributions, salaries, loans, investments, vehicles, bills, and family/health matters. The Service is provided free of charge and without registration. You may use it from any internet-connected device worldwide where the Service is accessible.
We reserve the right to add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any calculator or feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, mine, or systematically download the Service or its content using bots, crawlers, or automated tools without our express written permission. Casual browsing and individual data collection for personal reference is permitted.
- Resell, rebrand, white-label, or republish calculator outputs, content, blog articles, or any portion of the Service as your own.
- Embed our calculators in iframes or wrappers on third-party websites for commercial purposes without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our mobile apps for the purpose of competing with us.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our systems, except via a coordinated, good-faith security disclosure to security@calculators.ph.
- Misrepresent the Service as endorsed, certified, or affiliated with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Social Security System, GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, or any other Philippine government agency. We are not affiliated with any of these agencies.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.
- Bypass paywalls, geographic restrictions, or rate limits we may implement in the future.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including calculator source code, formulas, text explanations, FAQ answers, layout, design, blog articles, graphics, icons, and the CalculatorsPH name and logo — is the property of MalachiSoft Inc. and is protected under Philippine copyright law (RA 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. All other rights are reserved.
Quoting brief excerpts (fewer than 100 words) of our content with a visible link back to the original page is permitted under fair use principles.
6. User submissions and feedback
If you send us feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or feature ideas, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate or credit you. You confirm that any feedback you submit is original to you and does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement.
Calculator outputs are estimates based on publicly available rate tables, formulas, and ordinances as of the dates indicated on each calculator. Rates change frequently. Always verify the final figures with the relevant agency (BIR, SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BSP, your LGU treasurer, or a licensed professional) before relying on them for any transaction, filing, or payment.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, in no event shall MalachiSoft Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any direct damages, regardless of the cause, shall not exceed one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100.00), since the Service is provided to you free of charge.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MalachiSoft Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.
10. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites (e.g., the BIR portal, SSS portal, Wise, GCash). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13 survive any termination.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MalachiSoft Inc. concerning the Service.
